We never begin any repair without your express approval, and we will always provide you an accurate repair total in advance of beginning any service or repair work on your luxury import vehicle. We know car repairs and know what car repairs cost.  If the situation occurrs where we find hidden additional repair problems requiring additional parts or labor, we will stop what we are doing and contact you immediately and in advance and advise you of the additional repairs your car needs – again, informing you and obtaining your approval in advance of doing any further work.

We don’t believe in surprises, small or big, especially when it comes time for you to pay for and pick up their vehicles. Communication with you, our customer, is our top priority so that you are well informed of every part of the service and repair process. We encourage our customers to request an explanation directly from our technicians, as this makes our customers even more familiar with the cars they own and drive.

If our technicians tell you your vehicle needs certain maintenance and repair, you can be assured this is an absolute fact and we will take the time to show you what, where, and why if you wish, even with your car elevated on a work-lift.
